By downloading, accessing, or using Little Moves, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Little Moves is a lightweight wellness and activity reminder app designed to help users build simple daily movement habits. The app is provided for general wellness, habit support, and informational purposes only.
Little Moves does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content, reminders, and activity suggestions in the app are not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
